Despite what you might have heard, lab-grown diamonds aren’t “fake” diamonds. They aren’t cubic zirconium, quartz crystal, moissanite, or any other substitute for diamonds that have historically been available. They’re actually chemically identical to diamonds that are mined from the Earth!
WHAT EXACTLY ARE LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS?
Diamonds are, as you might know, a form of carbon (like pencil lead, coal, and even burned toast!) that happens to be arranged in a miraculous way that makes them nearly indestructible, flawless, and filled with inner fire.
